Hello! My name is Cloud Syler and I have a small art business called Insomnis Arts. In it I offer graphics for streamers and content creators. I mainly specialize in emotes, badges, animated overlays and character art.I have years of experience in drawing and design and have built up a good customer base.

By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all the terms of service below.
In case of any changes to the TOS, these will be discussed with the client in a timely manner.

  • The order will be processed after payment.

  • Payment can only be made via paypal.

  • The currency is in EUR. If the client has a different currency, this can be discussed with me and the invoice will be adjusted to the client's currency. Depending on the currency, this may change the price.

  • I will inform you when your order is being processed.

  • Once the order is being processed, a refund is no longer possible.

  • If you commission me, you agree that I can use the finished job in my portfolio on various social media platforms.

  • I stream my orders from time to time. If this is not desired, please let me know.

  • The Graphics are for personal use only.It is forbidden to resell them using it for any other improper purpose. For commercial use, 15% will be added to the price.

  • If you post the finished graphics on social media, please credit me.

  • So that I can produce my work quickly and to your complete satisfaction, please provide references.

  • I will not do gore or sexual content of any kind.

  • I will not copy someone elses artwork. Only as a refernce is allowed.

  • If I do not feel comfortable with your given commission, I have the right to refuse it.

  • Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines of Twitch or the platform you are using. I take no responsibility for the banning of graphics that violate these guidelines. I ask for your understanding.

  • My hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can ask me about the status of your order during these times. I do my best to complete all orders in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
